This site uses no cookies and runs no visitor analytics. Only when you submit the quote form, the information you share (name, email, project details) is processed to run the quote process and delivered by email.

Legal basis

Form data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (the checkbox in the form) and necessity for entering into a contract.

Retention and deletion

Form data is used only to answer your quote request and is delivered to me by email; it is not stored in a database on the site. On request your data is deleted without delay: baris@barisutlu.com

Your rights

For your rights under KVKK Art.11 and GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, objection) write to baris@barisutlu.com.

Third parties

Form data is shared only with the email delivery service (Resend) and the hosting provider, to the extent the service requires. Video embeds issue no third-party request until you press play.
